Jordan is a founding partner of Glachman & Brill, P.A. Jordan graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University in 2007. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 2011, and is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
Jordan specializes in real property litigation. Jordan has successfully represented Landlords, Tenants, Property Managers, and Property Owners in cases involving: sale and purchase contract disputes; foreclosure; real estate title defects; landlord and tenant disputes; homeowners and condominium owners association disputes; homestead exemptions; and partitions of real property.
Jordan is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and is a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Sections of the Florida Bar. Jordan is also a member of the FLorida Attorneys Title Insurance Fund ("The Fund") and is authorized to write title insurance policies through Old Republic Title Insurance Company.
