- Mainly practiced labor and employment law, but worked on establishment of operations in Puerto Rico, mergers and acquisitions, sales and purchases of assets, reductions in force, closing of operations, employment and wage and hour audits and litigation. Within the labor and employment law, my practice included purported class actions, discrimination (disability, age, sexual), reprisals and harassment actions before the local and federal courts. Also worked on ADR, real estate, construction and collection matters. Was the publisher of their Labor Perspectives and Labor Update publications (1997-98) and an editor of the Memos to Clients & Friends (2003-06). Wrote on employment law issues, and lectured to clients and friends on current legal topics.
