- A: Only a lawyer whom you have spoken with and hired can give you legal advice, including about the validity of a contract. You should contact a contract lawyer.

- A: You have two options if you believe your retained attorney has lied to you and that it has caused a detrimental outcome to your case:
1. Contact an attorney if you believe you have evidence of legal malpractice.
