
Judson Pierce
I graduated from Vassar College and Suffolk University Law School and am a principal at the law firm of Pierce, Pierce & Napolitano in Salem, MA. I am admitted to practice before courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States Supreme Court. I am a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Workers Injury Law and Advocacy Group, and the American Association for Justice. I have held the position of chairperson of the New Lawyers division on the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA) Board of Governors and served as a co-chair to the MATA Workers’ Compensation Section. I have also lectured on workers’ compensation law at numerous MCLE seminars and with various trade organizations, including the Massachusetts Nurses Association. Previously, I worked in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office’s Fair Labor and Business Practices Division. I currently serve on the Executive Committee of the Workers Injury Law and Advocacy Group and was inducted into the College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers in 2019. I have been honored as being in the top 5% of attorneys in MA by SuperLawyers for the last several years. I co-host the Legal Talk Network's podcast "Workers Comp Matters," one of the network's longest-running shows. I reside in Arlington, MA with my wife and two children. In Arlington, I have served on multiple town boards including the Human Rights Commission and Arlington High School Rebuilding Committee and have been elected to the School Committee and to Town Meeting.
