Kenneth Martin Hesser
Schatt & Hesser, PAMr. Hesser was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1975. He attended Penn State University where he received degrees in both Political Science and Media Studies in 1997. Mr. Hesser then attended Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where he obtained a Juris Doctorate in 2000. Mr. Hesser spent his final year of law school in Gainesville studying at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Mr. Hesser practices in the fields of bankruptcy, employment, and workers’ compensation law. Prior to forming Schatt & Hesser, PA with his longtime colleague in Ocala, Ted Schatt, Ken worked for eight years with Daniel L. Hightower, PA in Ocala, representing nearly a thousand clients, filing hundreds of Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases, and arguing in more than 25 workers’ compensation final hearings. Mr. Hesser is eligible for board certification in workers’ compensation, is a published author in the field, and has spoken at multiple legal education seminars for both attorneys and non-lawyers.
