Kimberly Russell
Kimberly L. Russell is a principal of the firm and a member of the Commercial Litigation and Employment Departments. She devotes a significant part of her practice to real estate and construction litigation.
Early in Ms. Russell's career, she observed that the justice system favored employees, leaving business owners - particularly small and mid-sized companies - to be extremely vulnerable to employee-related claims. She has dedicated her practice to defending employers through litigation and as an employee education consultant, providing the advice and training necessary to help employers meet regulations and minimize the potential for such disputes in the first place.
Ms. Russell has been a featured speaker for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute at seminars on Residential Construction Litigation and Failure to Disclose Litigation under the Pennsylvania Real Estate Seller's Disclosure Act. Ms. Russell also defends employers in all types of employment litigation including sex, age, race and disability discrimination claims, wrongful discharge, Family and Medical Leave, and wage claims.
