Kyle D Pierce
Pierce & Pierce, PLLC
Kyle is a lifelong Alabamian who grew up in Attalla, graduated from The University of Alabama, then attended Samford University's Cumberland School of Law. His law practice is built around solving issues for the people and businesses of Alabama so they can do more.
In criminal defense, he fights every day to protect his clients' rights. He works tirelessly to ensure that every case receives the time and attention it deserves. Every case is different, and every case deserves to be worked individually, not like a cookie cutter.
In probate, property, and small business, Kyle works hand in hand with his clients to achieve their goals, not create more litigation. He believes that the harder we can work, the less time you'll spend dealing with lawyers going forward.

- Q. I was arrested over three years ago on a felony drug charge for having a Xanax pill in my pocket. No court or indictment
- A: Hire a criminal defense lawyer. It is never advisable to fight a felony charge on your own.
- Q. Can you use adjudication withheld or a pre-trial intervention program in an obscene materials case?
- A: A criminal lawyer can definitely argue to attempt to persuade the prosecutor to allow PTI/PTD. That’s not an argument that you should make yourself. Get a lawyer and quickly.
- Q. Will I go to prison for a class c felony of chemical endangerment of a child for a first time offense ever in my life.
- A: Probably not, but you certainly could. You need to immediately retain a criminal lawyer.
