Ms. Trigg concentrates her practice in the areas of condominium and community association law. Ms. Trigg assists a variety of clients, including developers and condominium, community and cooperative associations, with complex and innovative transactional issues. She has extensive experience with all aspects of condominium and community association law, including, but not limited to, contract preparation and negotiations, assisting with finance transactions, reviewing, interpreting and drafting governing documents and amendments, providing legal advice and legal opinions regarding day-to-day operational issues, assisting with covenant enforcements, preparing documents related to member, board and committee meetings, assisting with insurance claims and providing guidance on turnover procedures and requirements.
