Laura Siclari
Managing Partner at Siclari Law Group PC
I am an attorney with over 20 years of experience in both litigation and as a legal problem-solver and counselor for my clients. Clients appreciate my approachable manner and pragmatic philosophy on resolving disputes, keeping focused on the ultimate client goals and strategizing the most direct and practical path to get there.
For businesses needing outside counsel services, my firm offers a unique Outside Counsel Subscription Service billing model, which eliminates the uncertainties of hourly rate billing and instead provides a flat monthly fee to service all of your business's legal needs - a one-stop-shop for legal services all under one roof, all for the same monthly flat fee amount.
My practice focuses on providing general counseling and litigation services to individual and business clients with a particular expertise in the employment, environmental, education, and social services law spaces.
My employment and environmental law clients are almost exclusively large and small business entities (both public and private, non-profit and for-profit), although I do also represent homeowners with environmental issues and employees with wage & hour, discrimination, and severance disputes.
My education law work is primarily student-centered at both the higher and lower education levels, representing both disabled and non-disabled minor and adult students in an array of education law issues, from Section 504 & IDEA placement and services, to guardianship, discipline, bullying/HIB, academic integrity, and Title IX.
I am a published author and speaker, providing employment law training and CLE presentations to clients and fellow professionals in my areas of practice.
Additionally, I take great pride in my many years of volunteer service as a trustee and committee member for local organizations in my community, including Bergen New Bridge Medical Center, Care Plus NJ, Inc. and the Alpine Learning Group's Human Rights Committee.
