Leonard Villari
I was born and raised in Philadelphia, where I attended St. Joseph's Preparatory High School. I graduated with honors from Villanova University in 1990 and went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University School of Law in 1993. I am licensed to practice law in both the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
I am recognized as a highly regarded trial attorney who focuses my practice on medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injury. This includes cases involving nursing home abuse/negligence, product liability, car and tractor trailer accidents, premises liability, and workplace injuries.
Over the years, I have developed a focused practice representing individuals with intellectual disabilities who have suffered injuries or death due to the negligence and recklessness of their caregivers in group home settings.
Throughout my career spanning over thirty years, I have secured numerous seven and eight-figure settlements and verdicts for my injured and deceased clients.
Since 2005, I have been consistently selected by Super Lawyers Magazine as one of the top attorneys in my field in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, an honor that has been bestowed upon me every year up to 2025.
In 2024, I was appointed as a Hearing Committee Member by the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board, a role I am honored to hold until my term expires on July 1, 2027.
Outside of my professional life, I cherish spending time with my family. I live in Philadelphia with my wife and our two sons.
