- Q. Do I need a PLLC to teach music in the state of Florida?
- A: It depends on whether you would like to pay your self-employment taxes yourself or through a business. Additionally, you will need to consider liability protection that is available through the business entity you choose.
- Q. We need to draw up a Last Will & Testament which incidentally involves a disinheritance. We are in Florida.
- A: In which part of Florida are you located?
- Q. I have been taking care of my elder parents, my father passed, my mom is in long term, i live in their home
- A: This answer will depend on how the Warranty Deed to the house is titled and if your mother has a last will and testament or not. I would recommend that you have a consultation with an Estate Planning/Probate Attorney for more accurate information.
