Mark B. Wilson
Klein & Wilson LLP
As a seasoned trial attorney and skilled negotiator, I have won nearly every case I have tried and arbitrated, losing only one jury trial which was completely reversed on appeal. My experience includes 13 jury trials, 16 court trials, and 14 binding arbitrations.
I represent clients in both federal and state courts across a diverse range of matters, including business litigation, legal malpractice, real estate, trade secrets, unfair competition, copyright infringement, construction disputes, and commercial unlawful detainer.
My notable victories include securing an $18.5 million binding arbitration award in a breach of contract case, a $2.25 million jury verdict in a premises liability case, and a $1.85 million jury verdict in a breach of shareholder agreement case. Additionally, I have achieved a $1.8 million binding arbitration award in a legal malpractice case, a $1.4 million jury verdict in a copyright infringement case, and several defense verdicts in high-stakes cases where significant amounts were at stake, including one where the plaintiff sought approximately $1 billion. My settlements have been equally impressive, with recoveries including $97 million in a breach of trust case and multiple million-dollar settlements in various legal malpractice and commercial disputes.
As a meticulous attorney, I bring an eye for detail and a sense of organization to the courtroom, qualities that are essential for winning complex trials.
