Mark and George are frequently invited to Present Continuing Legal Education programs for PBI and the Delaware County Bar Association, where Mark has served as Co-Chair of the Workers' Compensation committee since 2022.
Outside of work, being a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan has been more enjoyable than usual since the Eagles 2017 Superbowl victory and the run of Post-Season appearances by most of the Philly Teams. The 2024-2025 seasons are shaping up to be a true "Philly-Special" for the Birds, Phils, Sixers (and hopefully) Flyers.

- Q. I have a compensation case that medical needs to be settled. I am on Social Security and in need of a lawyer.
- A: Settlement of medical issues can be complicated when social security and Medicare are involved. Make sure the lawyer you pick is a CERTIFIED specialist and knows the rules. That being said every client has the right to choose the lawyer they want to represent them. But you must also be careful because some lawyers will not take over a case that was handled by someone else. Every situation is unique.
