Claimed Lawyer ProfileQ&A
Biography
I've represented injured workers in worker's compensation cases for over 40 years - truckdrivers (Teamsters and non union), warehousemen, building tradesmen (including electricians, millwrights, pipefitters, plumbers), SMART drivers, and factory workers. I also handle vehicle accident claims for negligence and PIP benefits (against insurers), and claims for injuries on or off the job, such as dog bites, slip and fall, construction accidents. Persistant, aggressive, tough, intelligent - these are the words insurance company lawyers have used to describe me.
I've taken cases to the Michigan Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court and won them, for injured workers.

- Many workers don't know that Michigan's governor appoints judges, so that it's important to vote for a governor who is worker-friendly, rather than corporation-friendly. I've spoken at many union meetings about the need to elect people who favor unions and working people and their families, over corporations.

- Q. If you get hurt in Nevada & live in Michigan do you have to get a lawyer in Nevada?
- A: Yes. But you can call a MI lawyer to obtain a Nevada lawyer... both will work on the case, probably, because your treaters are in MI.
