Matthew J. Booth
I am an experienced IP attorney that can deliver results.
My practice is centered around developing strategies for and safeguarding the Intellectual Property (IP) of various businesses, whether they are privately held or publicly traded. This includes everything from the initial identification and acquisition of IP to its licensing and enforcement. My work encompasses the preparation, prosecution, and litigation of patents, trademarks, and copyrights; the licensing of these rights; providing opinions on their validity and infringement; handling trade secrets, agreements, and related litigation; managing OEM and distribution agreements; overseeing technology sharing and joint development agreements; engaging in commercial and business litigation; and negotiating other general business agreements.
I have a deep understanding of several technical areas including semiconductor design and manufacturing; computer hardware and software; and electrical, mechanical, and environmental technologies.
