Matthew J. Daher
Spolin & Dukes P.C.
I have a solid background in litigating both criminal and civil cases across various state and federal courts in the United States. My approach to litigation is marked by a relentless determination, which I also apply to criminal appeals.
From my own experiences and those of my clients, I understand the complexities and challenges that arise when navigating the intricate court systems, which often prioritize efficiency over truth. The process can be daunting, with the layers of local, state, and federal procedures, compounded by the fear and anxiety of facing an uncertain future. In such times, maintaining clear and open communication with clients is crucial. I make it a point to ensure that each client grasps the post-conviction process, understands their options, and is aware of the risks involved. This is especially vital when discussing the tough aspects of their cases and being upfront about the potential obstacles and issues in pursuing certain post-conviction paths.
I earned my Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from the University of Utah. I am licensed to practice in Texas and Missouri state courts, as well as in several federal districts including the District of Colorado, Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas. Currently, I serve as the lead attorney for my firm’s cases in Texas.
