Megan Mustoe
Megan is licensed to practice law in Utah.
?She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S. J. Quinney College of Law and earned a certificate in environmental and natural resources law. Before opening Mustoe Law, Megan worked in family, estate, agriculture, corporate counsel, human resources, and public land management disputes.
She is a court-rostered general and domestic mediator in the state of Utah. She has over 100 hours of mediation training and over 100 hours of mediating and facilitating disputes with multiple viewpoints in family law, public lands management, and community engagement activities.
Megan grew up on a farm in rural Missouri. She understands the necessity of confidentiality while finding opportunities to resolve delicate issues. She helps clients maintain relationships during and after high conflict.
Megan is a member of the Utah Council on Conflict Resolution, Rotary International, the American Bar Association, the Utah Bar Association, and Women Lawyers of Utah.
