Free Consultation
Meredith's hourly rate is $350 per hour. Most mediations and facilitations are done hourly. Coaching clients are typically employees who are still working and want to stop toxic work environment issues. Those clients commit to 12 weeks of work for a $5,000 flat fee for individualized, intensive solutions. - Credit Cards Accepted

Contingent fees are only available related to severance negotiations for employees. -
Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
Credit cards accepted for most hourly and flat fee agreements. In some cases, we have to take a retainer fee, in which case credit cards are not accepted.
