Michael Griffith

Michael R. Griffith concentrates his practice in litigation, specializing in mass torts, products liability, personal injury. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Griffith served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert P. Contillo, P.J. Ch. and the Honorable Menelaos W. Toskos, P.J.Ch., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, General Equity Part.
Mr. Griffith has been published for his research on international mediation in Institute and the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution.
Mr. Griffith is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law where he was the Senior Notes Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter and a two year member of the Rutgers' Constitutional Rights Law Clinic. Mr. Griffith was selected as a Kinoy-Stavis Public Interest Law Fellow, ACS Next Generation Leader, Phillip Levin Scholar, and as a graduate fellow for the Eagleton Institute at Rutgers University. Mr. Griffith is an At-Large Voting Member of the YLD Executive Committee of the NJSBA, a volunteer settlement specialist with the Essex County Bar Association, and a coach of the Rutgers School of Law Alternative Dispute Resolution team.
While attending law school Mr. Griffith interned with U.S. Department of Labor, Eastern Representative, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commision, and the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor.
Mr. Griffith earned his Bachelor of Arts from the College of New Jersey ("TCNJ") in International Studies with a concentration in Diplomacy, a second major in Political Science, and a minor in Law, Politics, and Philosophy. While attending TCNJ, Mr. Griffith was an Edward J. Bloustein Distinguished Scholar, a TCNJ Merit Scholar and he received the Political Science Service Award at graduation.
