Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
I give a true retainer fee that keeps me available for a person's case and which will then include performing certain tasks for certain segments of the case. The retainer is consumed upon my commencing work and making a commitment to not let other cases crowd my calendar. I generally do not take payments; payment in advance is the norm. Fees for matters outside of agreements are billed at $500/hour.
