Mr. Berliner received his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law after completing undergraduate studies at Indiana University. While in law school, he gained valuable trial experience working for a Chicago-based defense firm. He also represented clients with Social Security Disability appeals and by drafting policy proposals for review by the American Medical Association House of Delegates. Continuing his experiences from law school, Mr. Berliner began his career negotiating contracts for health care providers. Today, he uses that experience to assist homebuyers and real estate investors with various complex residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, short sales, foreclosures, lease agreements, zoning issues, real estate development, commercial leasing, financing, title examinations and more. He also provides legal counsel on business entity formation. Mr. Berliner is licensed to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. Court of Appeals, 7th Circuit.
