Ms. Alicia M. Heflin
Heflin Law, PLC
I am an Arizona native, raised in southeastern Arizona where immigration issues have been a hot topic for many years. I have been assisting individuals in the Phoenix area with their immigration applications, petitions, cases, and appeals since 2006.
No matter what type of immigration needs you have, my goal is to make sure that you understand your options, as well as the process involved. I will explain the law and technical legal terms that apply to your case so that you can fully participate in finding the best solution for your situation. It is my commitment to each of my clients to ensure that I explain their immigration process in a clear way and answer all of their questions. When you choose to hire me to represent you, you will receive professional legal advice and representation.
This is critical because every immigration situation is unique. It is important to understand that what may have worked for a friend or family member may not be what is in your best interest. Immigration law is complex and always changing through interpretation by various administrative and court decisions, as well as agency regulations, policies, and memoranda.
