Nancy Glenn
Managing Partner, Stow Garvin & Glenn
Nancy brings more than 25 years of litigation experience to SG&G clients. She has won cases for injured workers at the trial and all appellate levels through the Georgia Court of Appeals. Nancy is also an experienced mediator of workers’ compensation claims where her experience as a defense lawyer and a claimant’s lawyer proves invaluable to obtaining settlements in difficult claims.
After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Georgia and the top 10% of her class at Emory Law, she began her career at Alston & Bird of Atlanta. At A&B, Nancy worked in a variety of areas, including: zoning litigation, construction litigation, general business litigation and insurance defense.
Since leaving Alston & Bird, Nancy has spent most of her career at Stow, Garvin & Glenn specializing in workers’ compensation, personal injury, and Social Security Disability law.
Nancy is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Gainesville-Northeastern Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, the Workers’ Compensation Section of the State Bar of Georgia and NOSSCR- the National Organization of Social Security Representatives.

- Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation
- In celebration of 100 years of workers’ compensation in Georgia from 1920 to 2020, the Honorable Frank R. McKay, Chairman of the State Board of Workers’ Compensation, along with Board Directors, Honorable Benjamin J. Vinson and Honorable Terry H. Chastain, and Executive Director, Delece A. Brooks, will visit select cities throughout Georgia as part of the SBWC 2020 Regional Educational Series. Under their leadership, the Board will host five seminars providing valuable information for those impacted by the Georgia workers’ compensation system including employers, selfinsurers, human resource and risk managers, insurance claims adjusters, rehabilitation specialists, medical service providers, workers’ compensation attorneys, paralegals and other system participants.
