Nancy Lu Sequoia
Nancy founded the firm in 2010 with a vision of practicing law to seek justice on behalf of victims of wrongdoing and providing legal services distinguished by exemplary dedication, integrity and excellence.
Nancy has represented victims of wrongdoing in business and real estate litigation and has successfully obtained judgments in favor of her clients. Nancy has also helped to negotiate and resolve disputes. She has advised clients in a variety of fields, including consumer protection, business, real estate, HOA law, estate planning and probate. Prior to establishing this firm, Nancy represented victims of asbestos exposure with a plaintiffs firm.
With a deep belief in public service, Nancy has assisted government agencies in real estate and economic development, consumer rights advocacy and the prosecution of criminals as an intern/clerk during law school. As an attorney, Nancy has provided pro bono legal services to a city government.
Nancy obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Brooklyn Law School and Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Berkeley. She is admitted to practice law in both California and New York. Nancy is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association and the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
