Nicole Armstrong
CEO and Partner at Rubenstein Law
Nicole Armstrong is dedicated to ensuring defendants are held responsible for their actions while securing the full compensation clients deserve. She has worked to foster a culture at Rubenstein Law built around the firm’s guiding principles of justice, excellence, and compassion.
Nicole began her career at Rubenstein Law in 2008, joining her father, Robert Rubenstein. At that time, the firm operated just two offices and had already earned a reputation for outstanding results. Long before stepping into the role of CEO, Nicole focused on preserving the firm’s tradition of excellence while navigating significant growth. Today, Rubenstein Law has expanded to more than 20 offices across 5 states, each one upholding the same high standards the firm was founded on.
Her day-to-day responsibilities center on leadership development, strategic planning at both operational and visionary levels, exploring new practice areas, and advancing the firm’s use of technology. She partners closely with the executive team on key areas such as operations, marketing, technology, and finance.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys time outdoors with her family. She is passionate about board sports, whether on snow, water, or land, and when she does find a quiet moment, she loves diving into a great fiction novel.
