75 Questions Answered
- Q. i violated deferred prosecution for a dui in washington state, what is the likelihood of getting back on deferred?
- A: You need to have a criminal defense attorney here in WA to see what your options are. Do that now
- Q. Take it to the box?
- A: This reads like a law school question.
If this is real then what do you need to do?
1) hire an experienced criminal defense attorney and he/she will go over the details with you to explain what is good and bad about this situation.
2) understand that the circumstances that you are in, again if this is real is that you will need to decide if you are looking to settle this case somehow OR try it from the beginning indicating that you did nothing wrong UNTIL THE END WHEN YOU SAW A CRIME BEING COMMITTED IN FRONT OF YOU AND DIDN'T IMMEDIATELY CONTACT LAW ENFORCEMENT TO REPORT IT AND INDICATE THAT YOU DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT.
Good Luck
- Q. Facing a Second DUI Charge after a previous offense reduced four and half years ago in WA State.
- A: Yes you are in between a rock and a hard place because this last DUI is your second offense and the penalties are higher because of the first one. Please Please contact an experienced criminal defense attorney that does DUI law All the time. Not one that just does one or two cases here and there. It is not apparent that your 2nd DUI is in the State of WA but I assume it is. Talk to someone today because you need specific advise and help and not just general information. Hire someone now.
