- I am a plaintiff-side employment attorney with decades of experience advocating for employees in cases involving racial and sexual harassment, as well as discrimination based on age, national origin, disability, perceived disability, and religion. I advise clients, negotiate settlements and severance, represent employees before the EEOC and state agencies, and litigate employment claims. In addition, I am a mediator and arbitrator. I am available for private mediations and serve on the ADR panels of the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. I am also on the Employment Panel with the American Arbitration Association. I teach employment law at the University of Hawaii Richardson School of Law and have taught in the mediation clinic as a mentor mediator at New York Law School as well as Legal Writing at Brooklyn Law School.
