I am a Dutch attorney in the Netherlands (Amsterdam). Our Dutch law firm in the Netherlands has a lot of experience in international disputes, commercial contracts (distribution agreements, franchise agreements, commercial agency contracts, purchase agreements, LOI's, NDA's etc.).
My clients consider me as a pragmatic and dedicated professional. When the importance of the case requires it, I attach the assets of a debtor and I conduct summary proceedings in every government court in the Netherlands.
Further to my advisory services in the Netherlands on commercial transactions, an important part of my work is litigating in the Netherlands on (international) commercial trade disputes. This may concern a dispute about a contract, product liability or other (professional) liabilities.
