Mr. Cooley was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. He received his Undergraduate Degree, a BA in Political Science from the University of Kentucky in 1983. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Louisville in 1986. In 1994 the Cooley Law Office opened in Owensboro.
