Contingent Fees
I charge one third of the gross settlement or jury verdict for personal injury cases. The benefit to the client is if there is no recovery, there is no fee. The other benefit is I will advance the cost to pay for medical records reports and video taped depositions of your treating doctors. Most clients cannot afford to pay for these necessary expenses. I take the risk for you! -
Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
Important point! A police officer or insurance adjuster may tell you Kentucky is a "no fault" state. However, no fault does not mean "no responsibility". The person at fault for causing the accident and your injuries is still responsible to pay for your medical bills, lost wages, impairment to earn an income pain, suffering and anxiety, and even for the inconvenience caused. The attorney contingency fee is only collected by me if I can recover for you the losses you suffered.

- A: On what date and year did the accident happen? Generally, in Kentucky you only have one year from the date of your injury to file a lawsuit. Please let me know the answer to my question so I can further advise you.
Thanks
