Robert B. MacIntyre, Esquire, focuses on criminal law, family law and civil litigation. Mr. MacIntyre brings 32 years of diverse legal experience to the Perry County. Mr. MacIntyre has handled more than 175 criminal jury trial cases and thousands of other criminal matters throughout central Pennsylvania and beyond. Through his experience with violent crime and domestic violence, Mr. MacIntyre is looking to assist crime and domestic violence victims seek justice through the civil side of the court system. Mr. MacIntyre has been able to secure monetary compensation on behalf of victims. His criminal experience ranges from defending against misdemeanors to death penalty cases and everything in between, including sex and drug cases to white collar crimes. He has won acquittals in homicide cases in Dauphin, York and Berks counties and enjoys a well-earned reputation for providing powerful, competent and knowledgeable legal guidance and assistance in all areas of criminal law. In his wide-ranging private practice, Mr. MacIntyre also handled hundreds of family law matters in Perry, Dauphin, Cumberland, Juniata, Snyder, Union, Mifflin, Lebanon, Lancaster, Northumberland, Schuylkill, Franklin, Huntingdon and York counties. Throughout his legal career, Mr. MacIntyre has cultivated a wealth of relationships throughout the central Pennsylvania legal community, demonstrating a deft personal touch and producing desired results when handling a variety of cases for his clients. Criminal law came naturally to Mr. MacIntyre, and it is deeply rooted in his legal resume. This common thread can be seen in his early stint as a prosecutor, his decades in private practice and even in his serving as an adjunct instructor in criminal justice and paralegal programs at area colleges.
