People v. Holguin (1978) Los Angeles Superior Court, Los Angeles, County East District. Robert obtained a Manslaughter verdict in this murder case when he persuaded the jury to reject his client’s Spider's confession to a Jail-House Snitch.
People vs. Manuel Lopez, Alfonso Reyes (2009) Case Nos. KA080646; Pomona Superior Court. Robert was asked to join two prominent trial attorneys, Ramon Gomez and Bruce Allen in the retrial of a murder case wherein the defendant had been previously convicted of murder. After several months of trial preparation, the jury trial lasted eight days. The jury deliberated two and one-half days before returning a verdict of "Not-Guilty".
