Robert Wayne Pyles

Robert W. Pyles is located in the Clearwater offices of McIntyre Thanasides Bringgold Elliott Grimaldi & Guito, P.A.. Mr. Pyles focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, business torts litigation, complex business disputes, real estate matters, and mergers and acquisitions. His practice encompasses the areas of real estate transactions and development, land use and zoning as well. Mr. Pyles regularly appears before local, state and federal courts and agencies in both legal and administrative proceedings; he counsels and represents property owners, tenants, developers, and investors in a variety of real estate and transactional projects including buying, selling, and leasing; and in the conversion of residential and commercial properties. Mr. Pyles represents purchasers and sellers of businesses and commercial assets. Mr. Pyles was named as a Rising Star in the 2010 edition of Florida Super Lawyers. Mr. Pyles received his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington, in 2001 and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada, Reno, in 1997. While in law school, he was a member of the national trial team and was recognized as the best oral advocate during the national trial competition in region X, and was the recipient of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy Award upon graduation. Mr. Pyles is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar; he is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
