- Q. Do you have to stay in your home on community control
- A: If a condition of your probation or bond is house arrest then you cannot leave your house, not even the back yard, unless given permession to do so. If you work then an itinerary will be requested prior. Best of luck
- Q. can I go to jail for sexual harassment in Florida
- A: Probably not but it makes you a donkey. Don't do it. You will lose your job, be shamed on social media and possibly be sued. Think about ramification before acting/speaking.
- Q. If I have a misdemeanor warrant in Polk county can I fly safely domestically
- A: Respectfully, disagree with my colleague. If you have a warrant you dont want to fly. Not likely that you will be extradited for a misdemeanor but the smart move is to resolve the warrant and then fly. Are you flying out of polk county? somewhere close? in and out of Florida. You will be picked up.
