Ruairidh William Campbell
Global Immigration Partners PLLCRuairidh Campbell is an accomplished attorney with over 20 years of international experience offering legal advice and business advisory services to a wide range of clients. He brings a wealth of expertise in corporate and immigration matters with particular strengths in securities, business transactions, financial reporting, public offerings, private placements, corporate governance, internal controls, management and EB-5 investments. His professional career began in the Cairo, Egypt office of Baker & McKenzie from which post Mr. Campbell transitioned to corporate counsel for a cosmetics company in London, England, then to a consultancy in Salt Lake City, Utah. His sojourn in Utah lead to a corporate counsel position with a Düsseldorf, Germany based brokerage firm, which position included serving as chief executive officer for public companies in Vancouver, Canada and Minneapolis, Minnesota. While in Vancouver, Mr. Campbell discovered the EB-5 immigration program and inspired by its possibilities, formed and led a government approved regional center with a mandate to attract foreign capital to Utah. Since 2001, Mr. Campbell has also acted as the president of Orsa & Company, a full-service business and legal advisory firm based in Austin, Texas that offers a broad range of expert services. Together with his partner, he recently formed Global Immigration Partners PLLC, a Washington DC based law firm to offer immigration and corporate services. Mr. Campbell holds a license to practice law in the State of California, having attended the University of Utah College of Law with an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
