I am Of Counsel at Kemnitzer, Barron & Krieg, LLP, where my practice is centered on addressing solar panel fraud schemes and various automotive issues, including lemon law and dealership fraud.
With over 13 years of legal practice in California, my career has been consistently motivated by a commitment to helping people. Initially, I engaged in construction and surety litigation, but soon shifted my focus to represent refugees seeking asylum in the United States, a role I held for more than a year. In 2012, I joined Chavez & Gertler LLP, where I dedicated myself until 2018 to representing California consumers and employees in consumer protection and labor rights class action lawsuits. During my tenure at Chavez & Gertler, I also handled numerous catastrophic injury cases, dealing with severe issues ranging from traumatic brain injury to wrongful death litigation.
Between 2015 and 2017, I regularly volunteered as an attorney with Open Door Legal, a non-profit organization committed to providing universal access to legal services for residents of the Bayview and Hunters Point neighborhoods in San Francisco. In 2018, I continued my focus on catastrophic injury cases at Jon Gertler Law PLC. Most recently, in 2023, I joined Kemnitzer, Barron & Krieg, LLP, continuing my dedication to legal practice and client advocacy.
