Sara Farishta Zahbihi
I mainly practice in two areas of the law, construction, and business. I provide general counsel services to mainly small to mid size businesses, and construction firms. Prior to becoming an attorney, I worked for many large construction, or construction related companies, and have a thorough understanding of the industry. As general counsel I provide both transactional, and litigation services to my clients. As such, I have extensive experience in business entity formation, and dissolution, drafting complex equipment, and business buy-sell agreements, drafting of all types of different construction contracts, litigation in the area of contract dispute, construction defect, mechanics' lien laws, and creditor representation in collection.
PERSONAL:
When not in the office, I loves to spend time with my family, particularly my little girl Emma. I am an international marathoner, and love the art of running. On weekends, I can be found hiking with friends and family all over the great mountains, and terrains of California.
