I am a senior litigation attorney known for my strategic precision and grounded approach in tackling high-stakes legal issues. My drive is fueled by a commitment to deliver effective, customized solutions that produce tangible results. My knack for blending thorough preparation with inventive problem-solving has established me as a reliable advocate in the courtroom.
Before my tenure at BerlikLaw, I was a Senior Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Loudoun County, representing the Commonwealth of Virginia in prosecuting a broad spectrum of felony and misdemeanor offenses. Over my four years as a prosecutor, I handled complex litigation involving vehicular crash data, computer and electronic records, and drug and blood analysis. In this capacity, I collaborated with local law enforcement agencies to educate officers on legal developments and assist in devising strategies that reinforced cases and ensured consistent outcomes. I also engaged with various community stakeholders, acting as the liaison for initiatives such as the Loudoun County Adult Drug Court Treatment Docket ("Drug Court") and the Mental Health Docket.
I received my J.D. with honors from the University of Richmond School of Law, where I assumed several leadership positions, including President of the Criminal Law Society and Managing Editor of the Public Interest Law Review. I was honored as the winner of the Carrico Intrascholastic Moot Court Competition and was a finalist in the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association Competition. I graduated as a member of the Order of the Barristers, an accolade that recognizes excellence in oral advocacy.
Besides my legal practice, I hold an active real estate license with the eXp realty brokerage and am a member of the Dulles Area Association of Realtors.
