Stephanie Rapp-Tully
Tully Rinckey PLLC
Dedicated to fighting discrimination in the workplace, Stephanie has spent her entire career helping public and private sector employees overcome unlawful personnel actions based on factors such as their race, sex, national origin, disability, military service, and age. As an Associate at Tully Rinckey PLLC, she concentrates her practice on federal labor and employment law, routinely representing employees before United States District Courts, Appeals Courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB). She has extensive experience with cases involving violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Rehabilitation Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Stephanie served as an associate for a Silver Springs, Maryland law firm, where she similarly represented Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complainants alleging discrimination based on disability, failure to accommodate, national origin, religion, and ethnicity. She represented clients before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. She began her career as a lawyer at another Silver Spring law firm, where she gained valuable experience handling cases involving ADEA, Title VII, USERRA, and state employment discrimination law. She represented clients before the EEOC, MSPB, and Maryland Commission on Civil Rights.
