Legal Answers
1 Questions Answered
Q. Can I file a disability discrimination against my employer
A: Without knowing the details, generally an employee can file (and has a right to file) a disability claim against their employer. I recommend you contact the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for more information. For most discrimination claims, an employee will be required to go through the EEOC before they can file a lawsuit.
