At Baghoomian Law, I provide personalized legal services to a wide range of cannabis-related businesses, including retailers, distributors, cultivators, manufacturers, delivery services, and testing laboratories. My work includes transactional support, general legal guidance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. I am dedicated to delivering timely and effective results for every client.
I have been a member of the California State Bar for over a decade and currently serve as the principal attorney at Baghoomian Law. My prior experience as a special investigator for the California Department of Public Health has given me valuable insight into regulatory requirements, common industry challenges, and strategies for managing crises. Over the years, my team and I have successfully represented numerous clients in matters involving the California Department of Cannabis Control and the Los Angeles Department of Cannabis Regulations. To date, no client I have represented has faced license suspension or revocation.
Notable Achievements: Steve S. Baghoomian of Baghoomian Law has earned recognition as an Avvo Client's Choice Lawyer from Avvo.

- Q. Can a past medical marijuana card affect bar eligibility in California or any state?
- A: You're overthinking this (as many attorneys tend to do) and making your life very difficult. Take a deep breath. You will be just fine. An expired medical marijuana card won't be a blip on the Bar's radar.
