We represent employers, carriers, third party administrators, and self-insurers through all phases of litigation. The firm handles a variety of other matters including commercial collections; and representation in wage garnishments and bankruptcy proceedings for creditors. The firm handles all aspects of claims assigned by companies including first and third party claims.
