Steven Litner
Attorney Steve Litner moved to Atlanta after graduating law school. He started his legal career in securities litigation, and quickly learned that he enjoyed working with people much more than corporations. “Personal injury law gives me a chance to help clients receive fair treatment in some very traumatic situations where the deck is often stacked against them,” Steve commented. “That’s not possible when you’re only focused on corporate law and business profits.”
Steve has large personal injury firm experience, but wanted more flexibility and control than the big firms offered. He started his own successful firm, and then joined forces with Arman Deganian to form Litner + Deganian. “From the first meeting, we build a relationship with each client, “Steve added. “Then we keep an open, honest dialogue during the case. We understand that this is very personal for every client.”
Clients find Steve to be hardworking, creative, and always available for a meeting or phone call. He pays close attention to the details, sets realistic expectations, and then aggressively pursues the best results for each client. Other attorneys will often reach out to Steve because of his experience handling more difficult and time-consuming cases.
When not practicing law, Steve enjoys spending time with family. He and his wife are co-presidents of their neighborhood civic association, and Steve volunteers as a wrestling coach. When it comes to sports, Steve is still a fan of his home town Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots. He also enjoys watching Florida Gators and North Carolina Tar Heels football and basketball.
You can visit Steve’s dog Zoey in the office most days.
