Mr. Lipshutz has been enormously successful in representing victims of car accidents, truck accidents, nursing home abuse and defective products, having recovered millions of dollars in jury verdicts and settlements for the firm's clients. He also handles a select number of business litigation and employment matters.
Upon entering private practice in 1994, Mr. Lipshutz worked as an attorney for a law firm handling insurance defense matters giving him unique insight and experience into the handling of personal injury matters from both the defendant's and plaintiff's perspectives. Since 1998 Mr. Lipshutz has handled cases exclusively for the injured victims in personal injury matters.
