Dackonish & Blake, P.C.Mr. Blake started his career as a prosecutor in the Mesa County District Attorneys office. After more than 25 criminal jury trials in 6 and 1/2 years working in the D.A.'s office, Mr. Blake started his civil career as a trial attorney. He has more than 25 years experience with workers compensation claims, and during this time has handled more than 2000 workers compensation claims, and at least 800 of them have proceeded to hearing before an administrative law judge. During the last 25 years, in addition to his primary area of practice in workers compensation claims, Mr. Blake has also handled numerous other civil matters, including but not limited to personal injury, auto accidents, slip and falls, professional negligence, wrongful death, construction disputes, construction defects, collections, evictions, mechanic's lien foreclosure actions, HOA lien judicial foreclosure actions, real estate disputes, and easement disputes.
