Regularly engaged in probate administration throughout Middle Tennessee, Mr. Elmlinger also handles estate planning, business startups, mergers and acquisitions and foreclosures. He has practiced for over 35 years in the Nashville area, including eight years as in-house corporate counsel and the rest in private practice. He is a member of the Tennessee and Williamson County Bar Associations. Mr. Elmlinger earned his B.S. degree and J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville.
