CRIMINAL: DUI from $950 (Discovery, Plea, and Sentencing) Additional for Motions and Trial. Misdemeanors - from $950. Felonies From $1800. (Depending on severity and whether there are Exams, Motions, and Trial) BANKRUPTCY: Chapter 7 - Attorney Fees From $1,000 for Individual & $1,200 for couple. (Additional for Unexpected Motions, Re-Affirmations, 2004 Hearings, Adversary Hearings) INJURY CASES: Fee contingent on what is recovered.
