He established the Eder Law Firm in East Brunswick, New Jersey in 1997. His litigation practice is concentrated in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, professional malpractice, divorce, and criminal, traffic and DUI defense. Todd B. Todd B. Eder obtained his law degree in 1980 from the University of Tulsa College of Law. He is a member of the New Jersey, New York, Florida, Pennsylvania, California (inactive) and Texas (inactive) bars and admitted to practice before the federal courts of New Jersey and New York, the 3rd U.S. Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Prior to opening his own firm, Mr. Eder honed his courtroom skills as a member of a Middlesex County personal injury litigation firm for 10 years representing injury victims and at an insurance defense law firm representing defendants for four years. He began his career as an assistant prosecutor for Hudson County, where he tried criminal matters before the Superior Court Criminal and Juvenile Divisions for three years.
