Greetings! I'm Troy, a seasoned attorney with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional legal guidance and support. Currently, I serve as a practicing attorney at Northwest Law and hold the position of Regional Counsel for Northwest Title Family of Companies.
Professional Background:
I wear two hats in the legal realm. As a practicing attorney with Northwest Law and Regional Counsel for Northwest Title Family of Companies, I've honed my skills in real estate law while primarily serving the South Central Ohio Region. Before joining Northwest in 2017, I successfully managed my own general practice for three years. Today, my practice focuses on representing a diverse clientele, including buyers, sellers, investors, realtors, and lenders, in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. I'm also well-versed in small business formations, estate planning, and a wide array of matters that originate from the real estate practice.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
My role with Northwest Law centers on resolving title defects, offering invaluable assistance in complex real estate transactions, conducting seamless closings, and acting as a trusted resource for our clients. In addition to my work in real estate law, I have had the privilege of teaching continuing education (CE) courses to realtors, sharing my expertise and helping them navigate the ever-changing real estate landscape. Additionally, I've had the honor of presenting during the Ohio Bar Association's Advanced Real Estate Seminar. My commitment to education extends beyond my legal practice, as I proudly serve as an adjunct instructor, teaching business law at the University of Rio Grande, where I have the privilege of sharing my legal insights with the next generation of professionals.
