Law Office of W. Diane Wayland
I am passionate about helping people. I love getting to know my clients and providing them with a positive experience and services that offer real value to their lives.
Your Estate plan is important to you and should fit your life and values, not just a form printed out with your name stuck in it. My estate plans are tailored to you and are of immediate use to help you organize your life with a personalized Grab-and-Go book.
My broad business career in high technology with several Fortune 500 companies gives me a unique perspective and business sense that allows me to help you succeed with practical, actionable advice. I can help you balance risks and benefits, resolve disputes, and write contracts that maximize your earnings potential and support your success. My ethics and interpersonal skills make me an excellent deal closer who will establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with your customers.
My litigation background for a Top 100 international law firm in insurance matters, premises and product liability, and commercial litigation informs my contracts expertise and helps me keep you out of the courtroom. I will also accept select matters for litigation in torts.
Equine law is a real passion for me, coming from my lifetime as a horse owner and exhibitor. I understand your love for your animals and can help you mitigate legal issues unique to horse owners.
Finally, while working for a Fortune 500 aerospace company as a manager I developed a love for coaching and mentoring people in job search or to help them advance their careers. All of my mentees have been able to improve their situations with my assistance.
